Highly
polished Sapphire/Ruby vee jewels are used in these bearings.
We have a
special process by which we can maintain the vee radius under very strict
control. These jewels go through a special polishing process. These bearings are
made in different sizes as per customer’s requirement with and without spring as
per customers request.
The screws are
made on Swiss screw machines to deliver highest level of accuracy and quality
consistently. All the components are thoroughly cleaned before assembly and are
assembled in absolutely dust free room.
All the jewels
and assemblies are visually inspected under a microscope before dispatch.
